Many individuals would love to work for the federal government. It offers numerous interesting opportunities throughout the United States and abroad. Pay, benefits, and job security tend to be very good – more so than jobs with state and local governments and with many businesses and nonprofits.

Survey job vacancies online at www.usajobs.gov and follow the application procedures. Also check out these two websites: www.federaljobs.net and www.jobsfed.com.

Read the vacancy announcement carefully, determine your eligibility, and then carefully follow the application instructions.
